The customer has the right to proceed with the return of his order within 14 days of receipt.
Provide for packing as indicated in the conditions and insert the "RETURN form" inside the package.
Send your return at your expense to the indicated address. (prefer traceable shipments).
The customer can use an envelope or box with the product have been shipped, or any other cardboard box of the size useful to contain the product to be returned. In other words, the customer undertakes to pack the product to be returned in the best possible way to prevent it from being damaged.
The products must be packed in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The costs of the return are charged to the Customer. The financial charges and bank commissions relating to the management of the payment (Credit Card, PayPal) are charged by the customer, and the seller reimburse won't case. (2.0%)
