Shipping costs are free for all deliveries in the italian territory. The cost for shipments throughout europe, including Switzerland, is 10 euros.

I placed an order on pmjshop.eu : when will it be shipped?
Orders will be processed from monday to friday from 08.30 To 14.00 And friday from 08.30 To 13.00 (Cet), and in these days pmj undertakes to process an order received within two working days from confirmation of payment.
Orders received during the weekend or during holidays * will instead be processed on the first working day.(* The italian holidays are january 1st and 6th, easter day and easter monday, april 25th, may 1st, june 2nd, august 15th, november 1st, december 8th, 24th, on december 25th and 26th). How long is the warranty for pmj products?
All PMJ products are guaranteed by law for two years from the date of purchase, without prejudice to the correct maintenance described on the label inside the garment and in the attached information note.
What should i do if my PMJ product is not compliant?

Returns and Refunds
How can i return my order?
The customer has the right to proceed with the return of his order within 14 days of receipt.To make the return, you must log in to your account, select the item and click on "RETURN".
The returned products must not have been used by the customer (in particular for motorbike trips); the only permitted use being that of proof of wearability; in general, the products must be in a state that allows them to sell as new.

Can i change size or colour of the items received?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can request to change the size or colour of the item received. Changing size or colour is strictly linked to the availability of the items when the request is making and to the correct maintenance of the item purchased, which must return as received. Request the replacement by sending an email to email@example.com and wait for our instructions to proceed with the return. The return shipment is at your cost.
Which forwarder can i use to send back the item?
The return shipment is charging to the customer. It is appreciated to send the return by courier with tracked shipping. Any loss of the returned product will not allow a refund. You can use the envelope or box with which the products were shipping or any other cardboard box of the size useful to contain the product to be returned.
You will have to pack the product to be returned in the best possible way to prevent it from being damaged.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, our warehouse will check the collected items and open a return procedure. If everything complies with the requirements, you will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of the return request.
